Privacy
Watchables is a watch game with no ads, no in-app purchases, and no personal information or biometric tracking. We designed it so this privacy policy could be very short.
What stays on the watch
Your personal and biometric information never leaves your watch. The game reads your step count and active minutes to unlock pets and interactions. Your health, sleep, location, name, or any other personally identifiable or biometric markers are never transmitted.
Crash and usage reports
With your permission, the app sends us anonymous technical reports so we can fix crashes and understand which features get used. You enable or disable these at any time in Settings → Crash reports. Turning it off also deletes any reports still waiting on the watch.
A report contains:
- a randomized installation identifier
- the app version and watch model
- which screens were visited and which features were used (for example: "fed the pet", "opened settings")
- crash and error markers, with no personal content
Reports never include names, contact details, location, or any health measurements or biometrics.
Where reports go
Reports are sent over an encrypted connection to servers we operate on Amazon Web Services in the United States, where they are stored with the session identifier as their only key. We use them solely to fix problems and improve the app. We do not sell or share this information with anyone.
Purchases
Watchables is built for smartwatches and sold through the Garmin Connect IQ Store, the Apple App Store, and Google Play Store. Your payment is handled entirely by Garmin, Apple, or Google under their own terms and privacy policies — we never see your payment details.
Children
Watchables is made to be enjoyed by kids, and we built it accordingly: no spyware, no chat, no ads, no in-app purchases, and no personal information collected from anyone.
Changes and contact
If this policy ever changes we will update this page and the effective date above. Questions? Write to hello@watchables.fit.
